Reason for leaving Facebook: Other.
Please explain further:
Normally I would forego ‘explaining further’ but I feel like in the small chance that you actually read these ‘furthered explanations’, you might actually take something away from a REAL LIVE Facebook user’s opinion. (From someone who actually used to enjoy it despite the petty nuisances, mind you.)
All right. Let’s do this then. First off, there isn’t an easy way to mass delete friends or even mass delete all of the stupid updates and requests and invitations I receive. I would love to still keep it and be able to choose who I get event updates and anything updates from but there is no cohesive way to do that. I am stuck with either deleting the whole thing or spending meticulous counterproductive time deleting or editing who I want to receive things from and who I do not want to receive things from. Way to win at being a pain Facebook.
Instead of investing time on creating timeline false scrapbook accounts of people’s lives to make them feel more socially adequate or whatever they need, maybe spend time on making it cohesive for people that use it as a FURTHER installment in sharing things with friends they actually want to see and receive things from. Facebook makes me want to punt babies and kittens and I LOVE DEM BOF. Thanks.
Oh but don’t worry, I’ll still be using instagram unless you guys find this message and give me the boot from that forever too. Maybe you should learn from your new product’s inventors’ ideas first since you spent ONE BILLION dollars on it.
Thanks for the memories,
Laney.
